The Growth Content Specialist supports the development and implementation of donor- and customer- facing communications that reflect Lutheran Social Service of Minnesotas mission and fundraising priorities. This role focuses on producing high-quality written and visual content that communicates impact and supports donor stewardship and engagement efforts. The position works collaboratively with Development Marketing & Communications and program teams.

Job requirements:
2 years of experience supporting donor communications or fundraising efforts
Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
Basic experience with content production (writing photography or design coordination)
Bachelors degree in communications marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience writing and editing for external audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Canva and Adobe applications for content development and design support
- Must be able to pass a drivers eligibility check.
