NOW HIRING A GROWER/HORTICULTURIST SUPERVISOR:

As a Horticulturist Supervisor you will be responsible for the cultivation maintenance and overall health of our production gardens. Your expertise in plant care soil management pest control and greenhouse operations will ensure the optimal growth and quality of our crops.

WHAT WILL I DO

As our Grower/Horticulturist youll be integral to the success of our production gardens. Your key responsibilities include:


Perform planting growing and maintenance of various crops ensuring optimal growth conditions and plant health.

Ensure garden beds and areas are free from weeds and debris.

Monitor and manage pests and diseases using integrated pest management practices.

Handle greenhouse and nursery operations including seedling propagation and transplanting.

Execute the harvesting process and manage post-harvest handling including cleaning sorting and packaging.

Maintain accurate records of planting growth and production activities and prepare regular reports on garden operations.



Position requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in horticulture agriculture or a related field is required.

Knowledge of plant biology soil science pest and disease management and irrigation systems is required.
