Were looking for a highly organized proactive and resourceful Group Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both people and operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative builds strong relationships and enjoys finding solutions to keep teams running smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars including scheduling internal meetings client meetings and personal appointments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights accommodations transportation and itineraries.
- Process and submit expense reports invoices and timesheets accurately and on time.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and special projects as needed.
Communication and Information Management
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams clients and external business partners.
- Facilitate the timely and accurate flow of information across stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records documents and communication materials.
Meeting and Event Coordination
- Coordinate meeting logistics including conference room bookings video conferencing technology setup agendas and presentation materials.
- Prepare meeting materials and track follow-up actions to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative executive support or office coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Teams Zoom and other business productivity tools.
Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
