Group Sales Manager

YOU WILL BE:

As Senior Group Manager you are responsible for a group of departments within a store facilitating partnerships across departments and driving towards goals to build a customer-focused sales will work on-site in your assigned store and report to the Store General Manager or to the Director Sales Experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.

• Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.

• Collaborate with partners.

• Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis creation and implementation of strategies.

• Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.

• Work nights weekends and holidays.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is between $annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for bonus.

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location experience and other job-related factors.
