Group Leaders plan and facilitate engaging pro-social activity lessons and curricula to support the healthy development of youth in a variety of Functions:Provide homework help facilitate activities and safely supervise children in programs outside of school day with program leadership support high-qualityproject-based lessonsthat are hands-on and engaging for the implementation of showcases exhibits etc. to share student work with families and other and maintain positive and professional relationships with participants families & school daily behavior management systems focusing on clear expectations for youth behavior; verbal acknowledgment; and systemic rewards for demonstrating desired activity specialists tutors and subcontractors to manage and document behavior and facilitate activity as and organize activity supplies for your program and maintain in data collection and upkeep of participants all necessary program related professional development opportunities to build personal/professional other related duties as Responsibilities:NoneQualifications High School Diploma or 2 years direct experience working with in Microsoft to plan and carry out assignments to prioritize adhere to timelines communicate with stakeholders and manage competing Behavioral Expectations:Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance punctuality personal appearance and adherence to relevant health & safety and successful performance including meeting productivity established departmental policies and effective communication established departmental policies and procedures including maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to all HIPAA guidelines at all demands and work environment:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
