Group Implementation & Field Technology Specialist

Are you a technology-savvy problem solver who enjoys connecting people processes and systems Join our team as a Group Implementation & Field Technology Specialist where youll play a critical role in evaluating implementing and supporting enrollment and benefits administration technology solutions that help brokers employers and customers succeed.
In this highly collaborative role youll partner with Sales Operations IT Account Management Compliance and external technology vendors to deliver efficient accurate and scalable enrollment solutions while continuously improving the implementation experience.
What Youll Do
Lead Technology Implementations
- Evaluate and implement enrollment and benefits administration platforms.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support new technology initiatives.
- Assess system functionality integrations data integrity and operational fit.
Ensure Quality & Accuracy
- Develop and execute testing plans including QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate platform configurations file exchanges and enrollment data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology system and process issues.
Serve as a Technology Subject Matter Expert
- Lead technology implementation meetings with brokers and business partners.
- Provide training and ongoing support to sales account management and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary resource for broker questions regarding enrollment technology capabilities.
Improve Processes & Performance
- Create and maintain implementation onboarding and vendor documentation.
- Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency accuracy and customer experience.
- Collaborate on projects involving APIs integrations and data exchanges.
The Right Candidate Will Have
Experience & Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in technology information systems business analysis or a related field.
- Experience with benefits enrollment benefits administration insurance technology or related platforms.
- Knowledge of implementation processes vendor management and system testing environments.
- Familiarity with worksite insurance or employee benefits is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Experience with QA testing UAT and platform validation.
- Understanding of APIs data exchanges system integrations and file transmission processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
Professional Skills
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with brokers vendors and cross-functional business teams.
