Position: Qualified Professional (QP) Residential Group Home

Shift: Primarily day shift; flexible coverage based on program needs

Pathways to Life Inc. is seeking a Qualified Professional to provide clinical oversight treatment planning and supervision of staff supporting youth at our new Greenville Group Home. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on coverage shifts ensuring youth receive consistent high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of Associate Professionals and Paraprofessionals.

• Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment/service plans.

• Coordinate care with families schools and community partners.

• Support assessments and crisis intervention as needed.

• Provide direct coverage shifts to support staffing needs across the home.

• Document services and maintain compliance with agency and NC DHHS standards.

• Participate in case reviews discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements (per NC DHHS 10A NCAC 27G .0104(19) Qualified Professional):

• Individual holding a license provisional license certificate registration or permit from a governing board regulating a human service profession; or

• Masters degree in a human service field with 1 year of full-time post-graduate MH/DD/SA experience with the population served; or

• Bachelors degree in a human service field with 2 years of full-time post-bachelors MH/DD/SA experience with the population served; or

• Bachelors degree in a field other than human services with 4 years of full-time post-bachelors MH/DD/SA experience with the population served.

• Valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

• Experience working with youth in a residential or behavioral health setting preferred.
