POSITION SUMMARY The Group Engagement Specialist provides case management services for children and adults to support engagement and retention of clients in behavioral health outpatient groups. The Group Engagement Specialist will cross-train with the Patient Service Representative (PSR) position to cover essential duties as : $20EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma and one year of progressively responsible work experience is required. Experience with Microsoft Office products other software programs and office equipment such as fax copiers and scanners is required.
