Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance cleanliness and safety of our apartment community. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors through excellent property upkeep.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property including common areas parking lots sidewalks and landscaping.
Pick up litter remove debris and empty trash receptacles.
Perform basic landscaping duties such as mowing trimming edging watering and planting.
Assist with seasonal property maintenance including leaf removal and snow/ice management as needed.
Clean and maintain amenities pool areas breezeways and outdoor facilities.
Report maintenance issues safety hazards and property damage to management.
Support maintenance staff with minor tasks and property inspections.
Ensure all grounds equipment and tools are used safely and properly maintained.

Qualifications

Previous groundskeeping landscaping janitorial or property maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
Dependable punctual and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to property appearance.
Valid drivers license.
