Job Title: Full-Time Groundskeeper / Landscaper

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable hardworking and experienced Full-Time Groundskeeper/Landscaper to manage the exterior maintenance of several residential business and rental properties in the Boulder Larimer and Weld county area. If you take pride in your work and want consistent hours keeping our properties looking pristine we want to hear from you.

Scope of Work to include but not limited to:

Turf Care: Mowing grass cutting edging and string trimming.

Vegetation Management: Weed control (hand pulling and spraying) and managing overgrowth.

Tree & Shrub Care: Routine tree trimming pruning and clearing low-hanging or dead branches.

Equipment Maintenance: Safely operating and performing basic preventative maintenance on mowers blowers trimmers and other landscaping equipment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in landscaping grounds keeping or lawn maintenance.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (transporting equipment between properties is required).

Physical stamina to work outdoors in various Colorado weather conditions.

Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.

Reliability punctuality and an eye for detail.
