Role Overview

As a Groundskeeper you play a key role in maintaining an attractive clean and welcoming environment throughout the community. You are responsible for the general upkeep and appearance of the propertys outdoor and indoor common areas ensuring that residents visitors and team members always experience a wellmaintained highquality setting. Your work directly contributes to the communitys curb appeal safety and overall resident satisfaction.
Maintain the property grounds in a clean orderly and visually appealing condition at all times.
Perform daily cleaning of interior and exterior common areas including routine and seasonal deepcleaning tasks as needed.
Pick up trash debris and litter throughout the property and dispose of it properly on a daily basis.
Assist with general maintenance tasks and support the maintenance team with service requests when needed.
Provide support during resident events community functions and onsite activities.
Identify and report any safety hazards maintenance issues or areas needing attention to the appropriate team members.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain equipment in proper working condition.

Qualifications

Previous experience in groundskeeping landscaping custodial work or a related field preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting bending walking and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and property appearance.
Reliable punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a teamfocused environment.
Basic understanding of cleaning methods tools and safe material handling (or willingness to learn).
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
