We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. • Assistwith general maintenance tasks such as painting cleaning and minor repairs
• Help maintain the landscaping by mowing trimming and watering plants
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
• Court Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis Courts
• Picking up Trash around the Grounds
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed
• Performs other duties as required basic knowledge of power tool use
• Regular and Reliable Attendance

• Previousexperience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
