Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton FL is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Groundskeepr! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon youll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Assistwith general maintenance tasks such as painting cleaning and minor repairs
- Help maintain the landscaping by mowing trimming and watering plants
- Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs
- Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
- Court Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis Courts
- Picking up Trash around the Grounds
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed
- Performs other duties as required basic knowledge of power tool use
- Regular and Reliable Attendance
- Previousexperience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
