Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grok Architect with strong experience in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing advanced AI/ML-driven architectures (including Grok or similar conversational AI platforms) to support banking operations customer engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect Grok-based AI solutions aligned with banking business requirements.
Lead end-to-end implementation of conversational AI NLP and LLM-based systems within banking applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements across retail banking corporate banking payments and capital markets.
Develop scalable and secure architectures adhering to banking compliance and regulatory standards (e.g. PCI-DSS GDPR SOC2).
Integrate AI/ML models with existing core banking systems APIs and enterprise platforms.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Optimize system performance reliability and cost efficiency.
Ensure data security privacy and governance best practices are followed.
Stay updated with emerging trends in AI Grok LLMs and fintech innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
8 years of experience in IT architecture or solution design.
Strong experience with AI/ML NLP LLMs or conversational AI platforms (e.g. Grok OpenAI Azure AI etc.).
Solid understanding of banking domain processes and systems.
Experience in cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
Knowledge of microservices architecture APIs and distributed systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or similar.
Familiarity with data engineering big data technologies and model deployment pipelines.
Strong understanding of security compliance and regulatory requirements in banking.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in BFSI (Banking Financial Services Insurance) sector.
Exposure to capital markets risk management or fraud detection systems.
Certifications in Cloud (Azure/AWS) AI/ML or Architecture frameworks.
Experience with DevOps MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
