Position Summary
The Grocery stocker is responsible for the assisting with ordering pricing stocking rotation and facing of are a key factor in ensuring accuracy and guest confidence.
Job Duties
- Helps to manage and maintain a clean and safe environment to work and shop.
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors to build and maintain morale.
- Knowledge of company policies programs and procedures.
- Promote a harassment-free work and shopping environment and immediately reports any potential harmful situation.
- Continually strives to build knowledge and skills both personally and within the department.
- Proper product handling case cutting price marking rotation facing and display of merchandise.
- Follow through and achieve all company policies programs and directives.
- Be a team player and able to do the jobs/tasks asked by others.
- Maintain quality standards within the department and store.
- Assist guests to help improve their shopping experience.
- Completes tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Assist in the training and the overall operations within the department.

- Maintain effective inventory control through proper ordering while minimizing food waste.

Experience: 18 years or older
Minimum Age: Cash Register Computer Box Cutter forklift pallet jacks trash compactor etc.
Equipment use: Cash Register Computer Box Cutter forklift pallet jacks trash compactor etc.
Physical Abilities: Regularly required to walk sit stand twist and bend; repetitive use of hands and arms to push pull carry lift reach grip and balance; occasionally stoop crouch kneel or of step stool and ladder. Lifting 60 pounds and may include floor to shoulder and overhead.
Communication: Ability to write speak hear and/or understand the spoken word in order to respond promptly to team members and guests to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance manuals.
