Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Metal Grinders / Production Laborers in Pittsburgh PA. This position works in a manufacturing environment grinding and finishing steel plate products to meet customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate grinders and deburring equipment to finish steel parts
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Verify materials meet job order specifications
• Package label and tag finished products correctly
• Enter production information into the Metalware system
• Assist with material handling scrap removal and shop housekeeping

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience with grinders or metal finishing is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable transportation
• Resume required
