Job Summary

Service Assistant / Driver

Superior Ford Plymouth MN

Superior Ford is seeking an energetic dependable and customer-focused Service Assistant / Driver to join our busy service department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry with advancement opportunities available for the right candidate.

As a key member of our service team you will support daily operations assist customers and help ensure a positive service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming professional atmosphere.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist Service Advisors with customer communications.
  • Schedule service appointments and support front-end service operations.
  • Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery for customers.
  • Provide shuttle transportation for customers as needed.
  • Park move and wash customer and dealership vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (service advisor technician porter or support role). Or related industry.
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CDK Dealer Management System is a plus.
  • General automotive knowledge preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
