Have you ever worked within a New York State Agency

We are currently in search of Greeters for various locations with a New York State Agency. These positions are on-site in Manhattan Brooklyn The Bronx Queens and Staten Island. These are full-time positions with an anticipated contract length of 2 years.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: New York State Agency

LOCATION: New York City (All boroughs)

POSITION TITLE: Greeters

SCHEDULE: 7:30am 5:00pm Monday to Friday

DURATION: 2 years length is subject to change based on need

HOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $20.00

Is This Your Dream Job The Greeter role is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient customer experience while supporting various front-facing services.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with a New York State Agency preferred

Friendly with a strong customer service mindset

Adaptable and able to multitask

How You Will Spend Your Day:

Greet customers

Screen customer paperwork

Manage customers in the queuing system

Grade vision test results

Enter passing vision test results into the computer

Assist customers at DMV kiosks

Take customer photos for drivers licenses

Proctor tests
