• Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team.
• Educate guests about available services pointing them to Marketing Desk locations and sharing promotional material
• Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions.

• At least six months of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong professional verbal interpersonal guest relations and etiquette skills in person
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
