Schedule:MondayFriday with weekends as needed
Pay:$21.00$24.00/hour

This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere youll help oversee team performance ensure quality standards and support staff as needed.

• Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations
• Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards
• Train support and motivate team members
• Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency
• Manage inventory and place supply orders
• Communicate updates on schedules procedures and company policies
• Work closely with the Account Manager
• Step in to assist with coverage when needed
• Identify opportunities for additional services including carpet cleaning floor care window cleaning and more

• Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Leadership mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable stepping into different roles as needed
• Janitorial or facility services experience preferred but not required
