WHAT WE DO:

Provide one-on-one care in the home and community to support needs such as safety skills personal care communication skills social skills job skills independent living skills etc.

Position Requirements:

• Proof of High School Education (Diploma GED College Transcript/Degree)
• CPR (no online classes accepted)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Valid Driver License with proof of auto insurance
