Job Summary
Synertex is seeking a Graphics Designer to work with a Government Intelligence Community client in Mclean VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops graphics digital media cartography and other multimedia products.
- Utilizes request management tools to provide swift high quality customer support for communication requests.
- Coordinates with UI/UX designer in Knowledge Management to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user-friendly experience.
- Creates graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products.
- Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages mobile applications newsletters ads infographics banners illustrations logos and other types of digital content that will be presented online.
- Ensures products conform to all production standards copywrite laws accessibility compliance requirements public release clearances
- Conducts technical quality checks.
- Manages an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles.
- Provides Cartography support as needed to design thematic and reference maps.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires BA/BS and 3 years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance required.
- Experience with the following:
- Leading the development of graphics digital media cartography and other multimedia products.
- Front-end web design UI/UX HTML/CSS.
- Experience working with Adobe inDesign.
- Experience in publication and data visualization.
- Photography and video editing.
- Mentoring and trains junior staff.
- Creating graphics products that provide an engaging and user-friendly experience.
- Creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products.
- Developing design concepts and implements designs for new web pages mobile applications newsletters ads infographics banners illustrations logos and other types of digital content presented online.
- Ensuring products conform to all production standards copywrite laws accessibility compliance requirements public release clearances
