• Create scroll-stopping content built for a Gen Z trading audience that lives on TikTok X and Discord
• Partner directly with Marketing leadership to concept campaigns from idea to launch fast
• Build and evolve our design system so every touchpoint feels unmistakably MFFU
• Turn complex trading concepts (drawdown payouts funded accounts) into visuals that are instantly understandable and genuinely exciting
• Stay plugged into prop trading culture competitor brands and meme trends before they blow up

• A portfolio that shows range: social-first content motion/video editing chops and clean brand systems
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) and Figma
• A genuine interest in trading markets or prop firm culture. You dont need to be a trader but you should get why this space is exciting
• Speed without sacrificing quality. We operate in a fast-moving high-volume content environment
• A sharp eye for what makes content actually perform not just look nice
• Comfort taking feedback and iterating quickly across multiple concurrent projects
