Position OverviewAs a Graphic Designer youll create visually engaging marketing materials across a diverse portfolio of industry-leading brands. What Youll DoDesign marketing assets across print digital web social media email packaging retail and event new product launches seasonal promotions brand campaigns and marketing dealer-facing sales materials that help drive product sales and strengthen customer consumer-focused creative that builds brand awareness and drives traffic to dealer and evolve brand standards across multiple brands and product with photographers videographers copywriters marketers product managers and sales teams to bring campaigns to multiple creative projects deadlines and priorities while maintaining exceptional fresh ideas and innovative thinking to marketing campaigns and creative current with design trends emerging technologies and marketing best additional duties and special projects as assigned. What Youll BringRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).3 years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house marketing department agency or brand portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals and marketing-focused creative -level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects Audition and related designing for both digital and print understanding of typography branding layout color theory and production with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and Mac operating with image manipulation retouching and color written and verbal communication organizational skills with exceptional attention to to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a receiving feedback iterating quickly and continuously improving creative -oriented mindset with a passion for learning new tools technologies and industry to mentor junior designers freelancers or interns when needed.
