Graphic Designer – Journeyman

IDS is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer Journeyman for ADG Creative an IDS subsidiary to support creative design initiatives across print digital branding and multimedia platforms. This role involves producing high-quality visual content collaborating with creative teams and contributing to the development of engaging design solutions aligned with client and brand objectives.

Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print branding UX/UI social media video and digital campaigns

Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes to idea generation

Assists with research mood boarding concept development and execution of design work

Produces creative deliverables aligned with strategic direction and user/client needs

Communicates design decisions clearly with project teams

Stays current with design trends tools and technologies

Participates in customer discovery sessions and takes notes as needed

Organizes and maintains design files with correct structure naming conventions and storage procedures

Maintains accountability for timelines and deliverables

Contributes to team culture and collaboration within ADG

Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelors degree in a related field
OR Associates degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience

Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)

Portfolio required

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required
