Job Summary
Essential Functions
Grants Management - Provide grants management support to the Grants & Sponsored Projects Administrative Director including: Communicate with project coordinators; Requesting and setting up cost centers for new grants; Use online tools to assist with grant tracking and closeout processes; Be familiar with all applicable grant compliance guidelines and regulations; Coordinate survey projects; Maintain the central file of grant records; Collect and maintain required forms; (h) keep active grants information updated; Assist with preparation for audits and monitoring visits; File resource materials. Research and Writing Assist with basic research and data collection for grant projects; Assist with writing and editing grants; Assist with report processes; Complete specific assignments related to grants for example updating a previous application with recent data developing forms writing and editing reports etc. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students faculty members and college employees feel welcomed valued and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment. Support the Colleges policies and programming related to access fair employment and equal opportunities for all.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree OR Two (2) years of post-secondary education. Two (2) years of professional-level work experience in grant writing proposal development or a directly related field.
