Job Overview: This position develops grant applications allocations and reports using a grants design tool and custom software solutions that enable the Office of Public Instruction (OPI) to facilitate and maintain an integrated data collection system. This position performs all aspects of software development requirements gathering analysis design coding testing and documentation for all assigned projects and programs.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (Behaviors):

Knowledge of principles practices and theories of computer programming system design analysis and relational database applications.

Knowledge to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Knowledge in Microsoft office suite.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

Bachelors degree in computer science or related degree.

Two years of experience in Microsoft office suite data analysis data technical problem solving and projects or related experience.

Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
