This is a hybrid position but candidate may choose to work at ICJIAs downtown Chicago office during the agencys regular business hoursMonday thru Friday (8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.)pending availability.
This is a full-time position. The selected candidate must work37.5 hoursper week. The selected candidate will start as soon as possible.

This position provides fiscal and administrative support for the R3 (Restore Reinvest Renew) program. The contractor will assist with processing grant-funded contracts and payments ensuring compliance with State fiscal requirements and supporting timely program operations. The role works closely with internal fiscal and grants units to address workload demands and maintain accurate and efficient grant administration.
This is a hybrid position.
This position is TEMPORARY and does NOT include state benefits.
Bachelors degree in accounting finance business administration public administration or a related field.
At least two (2) years of experience in fiscal operations payment processing or contract processing within a governmental or grant-funded environment.
At least two (2) years of experience handling confidential financial and tax-related information in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Experience processing grant-funded payments and contracts in a State or public-sector environment.
Knowledge of State fiscal policies internal controls and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting high-volume or time-sensitive payment and contract workflows.
Experience working with grant programs similar to R3 CBVIP or other criminal justice or violence prevention grants.
Proficiency with financial grants management or contract tracking systems.
