Work Schedule: Minimum 10hrs per week Maximum 20hrs per week between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Job Description:

The graduate student employees will work in the archives of The Texas Collection. Under the supervision and direction of the director and archivist the graduate assistant will analyze arrange and preliminarily process manuscript addition they will prepare finding aids and other research tools and assist with research inquiries. The primary function of the graduate assistant is in preparing and organizing collections for use by the public. Secondary duties will be assigned by the archivists as needed. This may involve anything from pulling collections filing scanning or monitoring the reading room.
