Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work part-time (10-29 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.

Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive professional experience in the entertainment industry.

The Facilities Workspace Solutions (FWS) department provides services in Project Management Design & Architecture Real Estate. Workspace Experience Relocations Space Management and Space Planning across the Americas for Sony Pictures Entertainment. FWS is looking for a graduate-level intern to help optimize drawing maintenance & production design services and more.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and determine how AI can be leveraged to automate and optimize:
  • Architectural drawing maintenance/management
  • Drawing production
  • Design services
  • Project Management Workbook
  • Design Guidelines Handbook
• Determine if there are any add-on modules available or other development is required.
• Interface with SPE AI team to see what implementation is possible.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Masters Program
• Strong knowledge in AI technology
• Understanding of architectural drawings drawing software and design process including REVIT and AutoCAD
• Ability to work independently
• Self-Starter
• Strong communication skills
• Presentation skills
