We are seeking a qualified and motivatedGoalkeeper Coachto join our Lakewood/Littleton coaching staff. The ideal candidate will be passionate about player development possess strong technical knowledge of the goalkeeper position and be capable of working with athletes across varying age groups and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality goalkeeper training sessions
- Develop training programs based on player needs
- Analyze performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with head coaches and technical staff
- Monitor player progress and maintain training records
- Foster a positive professional and motivating training environment
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a goalkeeper coach or competitive goalkeeper
- Relevant coaching certifications (USSF UEFA or equivalent preferred)
- Strong understanding of modern goalkeeping techniques and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Energetic reliable and self-motivated
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Position:
This is a part-time contractor (1099) position working in the fall and spring seasons August through May with optional summer opportunities. Compensation ranges between $35 to $50 per training session based on need and location. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
