General Duties:

• Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and professionally; keep them informed of wait times
• Service Consultation: Perform a walk-around with customers at check-in presenting a service menu with recommended maintenance
• Data Management: Obtain and accurately record customer and vehicle information
• Maintenance Advice: Educate customers on vehicle care and maintenance based on manufacturers specifications

Qualifications:

• Experience: Dealership experience preferred
• Skills: Strong customer service sales automotive knowledge and administrative skills
• Attributes: Must be drug-free have a good driving record and be able to pass a background check
