Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Global Transportation Finance Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Dallas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated aviation aircraft equipment and transportation finance transactions involving financial institutions lessors investors manufacturers operators and other participants in the global transportation industry.

Experience in transportation finance aviation finance equipment finance secured lending leasing or related transactional matters

Experience with aircraft financing leasing acquisitions dispositions or other asset-based transactions is highly desirable

Experience representing lenders lessors borrowers operators investors manufacturers or financial institutions

Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements lease agreements security agreements purchase agreements guaranties and other financing documents

Experience with secured lending structured finance leasing or asset-based financing transactions

Exposure to cross-border and international transactions is a plus

Ability to coordinate sophisticated transactions from initial diligence and documentation through closing

Strong drafting negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and deadlines

Excellent client service and communication skills

Strong academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated global transportation and aviation finance transactions

Exposure to aircraft finance leasing secured lending and complex asset-based transactions
