This position works with the Senior Global Trade Consultant and Global Trade Compliance Director to ensure that standard processes and relevant metrics are in place and are used to improve customer service reduce or contain costs and increase the productivity of the department. Timely forward suggested corrective actions or issues needing additional attention to the Senior Global Trade Consultant and Global Trade Compliance DirectorRun standard reports and metrics on a regular basis. Analyze and review findings with Senior Global Trade Consultant and Global Trade Compliance DirectorEnsure client satisfactionExhibit Allyn core valuesManage IT projects and special projectsTravel to client locations as neededParticipate in sales marketing and business development included but not limited to cold calls and sales tripsParticipate in writing publications and articles as well as obtaining articles from team Senior Global Trade Consultant and Global Trade Compliance Director in providing creative and informative content for corporate marketing campaignsProvide guidance and issue resolution to peers and direct reportsProvide leadership support to a small team of 1-2 direct reports including administrative responsibilitiesAct as primary account/client lead for specified clients or functionsAdditional NotesCapable of domestic and international travel; proper travel documentation required. Available to work flexible and on-call hours to include weekends/holiday hours when clients range from small local businesses to Fortune 500 firms in industry sectors such as power generation and renewable energy road construction equipment electronics industrial materials heavy-duty trucks mining and drilling equipment oil and gas modular building medical equipment not for profit and US government.
