Are you ready to bring your entrepreneurial spirit to the forefront and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients AstraZeneca is seeking a Global Talent Scout (GTS) to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and support the Enabling Functions of our business. This is your chance to be part of a global team dedicated to empowering AstraZeneca to better serve patients everyday. Asa member of AstraZenecas esteemed talent scouting team the GTS will report to the Global Talent Scout & Capability Lead and play a pivotal role in developing strategic senior talent pools aligned with our business goals.

This role involves collaborating with business and HR leaders to devise internal and external talent search strategies making a lasting impact on AstraZenecas talent acquisition efforts.

What youll do

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders translatingbusinessneeds into talent strategies informed bytalentintelligencemarketinsights and external benchmarking.

• Build andmaintaindiverse high-quality talent pipelines through proactive scouting market mapping talent pooling and long-term relationshipbuildingaligned to business priorities.

• Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders toalignonsuccessionpriorities assessment criteria and talent decisions.

• Deliver executive-ready talent intelligence and market insights to inform workforce planning succession discussions and strategic talent investments.

• Leverage digital sourcing technologies AI-assisted tools and external partners to deliver high-quality talent outcomes while ensuring an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience.

Essential for the role

• Bachelors degree
  

• 5-8 years experience in executive search talent scouting senior talent acquisition or related HR roles within complex matrixed environments.

• Proven delivery of diverse high-quality talent pipelines and hiring outcomes.

• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders with stronginfluencing communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiencywith talent sourcing technologies ATS/CRM platforms (e.g. Eightfold Workday) and digital scouting tools.

• Experience managing external search partners and talent intelligence vendors.

Desirable for the role

• Experience within the pharmaceutical biotechnology or healthcare industry ideally in a global matrixed environment.

• Strong understanding of talent markets and capability areas relevant to AstraZenecas business priorities.

• Experience applying external talent intelligence to workforce planning succession and talent development.

• Multilingual capabilities

Office Working Requirements

Thats why we work on average a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesnt mean were not flexible. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $120396.80 - 180595.20 USD. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentivesan opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs paid time off (i.e. vacation holiday and leaves) as well as health dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
