Job Summary
Role Summary
The Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager owns and drives core global TA programs infrastructure and governance to ensure a consistent scalable and high-quality hiring experience across regions. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition leaders HRIS Procurement Employer Branding and Inclusion teams to translate global TA strategy into well-executed programs that enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage global Talent Acquisition programs frameworks and governance (e.g. tools processes vendors metrics)
- Drive global consistency while enabling regional flexibility in partnership with Regional and Hub TA Leads
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with HRIS Procurement Finance Legal and Employer Branding
- Define and track global TA performance metrics insights and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support implementation and adoption of new TA capabilities technologies and operating models
- Ensure compliance risk management and alignment with enterprise standards and inclusion priorities

- Procurement and external vendors (e.g. RPO/MSP partners)
- Employer Brand & Inclusion teams
Profile
- Strong program management and stakeholder leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Experience operating in a global matrixed environment
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Data-driven mindset with strong communication and change management skills
