Must Have

7 years of IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing experience involving software hardware telecom cloud or IT services.

Strong contract and commercial negotiation experience including negotiating pricing terms SLAs and supplier agreements.

Supplier/Vendor Management experience including supplier evaluation performance reviews and relationship management.

Strategic Sourcing and Category Management expertise with demonstrated cost savings and value-delivery achievements.

Experience managing procurement lifecycle from sourcing and RFP/RFQ processes through contract execution and supplier governance.

Financial and commercial acumen including pricing analysis budgeting forecasting and business case evaluation.

Stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with IT Finance Legal and business leaders.

Knowledge of IT products and services procurement including software licensing SaaS cloud services infrastructure or managed services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to assess supplier risks market trends and sourcing opportunities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
