Job Summary:



The Global Security Design & Systems Manager is responsible for leading the design implementation and optimization of enterprise-wide physical security systems across global locations. This role ensures security technologies infrastructure and standards are aligned with organizational risk strategies regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The manager oversees system architecture vendor partnerships and continuous improvement of security solutions.



Leads client relationship management serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction retention and strong partnerships.

Oversees program delivery by managing projects tracking progress with KPIs ensuring quality standards and driving continuous improvement.

Allocates resources and manages budgets effectively identifying risks optimizing utilization and maintaining financial accountability.

Leads mentors and develops cross-functional teams fostering performance collaboration and alignment across workstreams and partners.

Drives communication reporting and strategic planning with stakeholders including feedback integration conflict resolution and quarterly business reviews.
