Compensation & Performance Program Manager

About the Role

The Compensation & Performance Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning execution governance and continuous improvement of compensation and performance management programs. This role drives key annual processes manages cross-functional initiatives and leads change management efforts to ensure programs are delivered effectively and adopted successfully across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of compensation and performance management cycles including merit bonus goal-setting and performance review processes.
• Develop and manage project plans timelines risks dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and execute change management communication and training plans to support program adoption.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage organizational readiness for process and program changes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify standardize and improve compensation and performance management processes.
• Conduct post-cycle reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Document and maintain program governance process documentation and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in program management project management HR operations compensation performance management or related fields.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder groups.
• Strong project management organizational and change management skills.
• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.

For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
