Job Summary

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice .

Our client is looking for a Global Project Manager to oversee various global ADP HCM projects including a global WFM implementation and other small ADP-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Provide client-side project management services to support ADP clients global initiatives including but not limited to a migration from eTime to Global WFM
Drive proactive communication across project stakeholders and global organization
Collaborate with ADP team to ensure client deliverables are aligned with vendor requirements
Make recommendations around staffing needs risks and solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget results

Pre-requesites:

Expert in global project management
Experience working with ADP Global teams
- US UK France Spain and China
Working knowledge of ADP project methodologies and requirements
Experience with eTime to WFM migrations and/or global WFM implementation is preferred

Level of Effort: Full-time remote position
Start date in January 2026 with duration of 6-8 months and the possibility of extending.
