Job Summary
Were looking for a Process Program Manager who learns fast moves fast and solves problems others havent figured out yet. This is not a role for someone who needs a fully defined playbook this is for someone who writes the playbook while the operation is running.
Youll own process design standardization and improvement across GFOs global operations. Youll work across functions partner with external organizations and drive outcomes in ambiguous fast-moving environments. Youll need to think creatively challenge assumptions and deliver results without waiting for perfect information.

Key job responsibilities
Design & own end-to-end processes Create implement and iterate on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) process frameworks and governance models for GFO operations globally
Solve problems fast Identify operational gaps root-cause issues and implement solutions at speed dont wait for someone to tell you whats broken
Drive cross-functional partnerships Work with teams across GFO OTS GDCO vendor organizations and other AWS teams to align processes and enable new operational models
Build from zero Stand up new processes for emerging scope new partnerships and evolving operational needs often with limited precedent
Establish and track KPIs Define success metrics build reporting mechanisms and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
Enable scale Design processes that work across regions teams and partners not just for today but for 10x growth
Drive automation Identify manual processes ripe for automation and partner with tech teams to reduce toil
Manage vendor governance Support 3P vendor operations through process standards quality frameworks and performance management
About the team
AWS GFO provides services to AWS infrastructure in non-traditional environments managing hardware installations and maintenance at customer sites. Our team values collaboration innovation and continuous learning while working to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelors degree or PMP certificate
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
