You will help deliver exceptional immigration and relocation experiences that enable the organization to attract engage and retain top talent. You will partner with hiring managers talent acquisition HRBPs legal payroll tax and vendor partners to manage U.S. immigration and international transfer processes. This role is Hybrid (23 days onsite) based in San Jose CA.

• Manage U.S. immigration and international transfer cases including assessments and initiations
• Support U.S. immigration program tasks such as working with immigration counsel document review PERM process and invoice processing
• Liaise with employees candidates and managers on immigration and relocation inquiries
• Act as a subject matter expert on immigration and relocation for customers and partners
• Create educational content communications and training materials
• Resolve complex issues through stakeholder discussions that balance business needs employee experience and risk
• Review and support critical issues and exception requests
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams and external suppliers to develop process and system improvements
• Provide and receive coverage for teammates and participate in cross-training
• Manage delivery of mobility services per established global mobility processes

• Bachelors degree in human resources psychology communications or related field or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years U.S. immigration experience including H-1B Cap and PERM
• Experience with J-1 visa processes
• Strong U.S. immigration knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Strong project management planning and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply excellent judgment

• 23 years of relocation/mobility experience
• Experience with systems such as ServiceNow Workday SharePoint and AI tools (e.g. Claude Copilot)
• Vendor management experience
