Bring your creativity agility and drive to lead the expansion of CathWorks FFRangio system globally as the Global Marketing Director CathWorks and be a foundational part of our digital transformation of the cath lab. Patients treated by interventional cardiologists are presenting with increasingly complex disease which requires our team to have a strong focus on developing innovative products and marketing strategies that provide a meaningful clinical technical and economic benefit. Through our recent acquisition of CathWorks Medtronic has embarked on a new and exciting chapter of setting the standard in coronary physiology. The CathWorks FFRangio system combines artificial intelligence and advanced computational science to obtain physiologic information from routine angiograms eliminating the need for drug stimulation and invasive pressure wires. It provides physicians with a quick and reliable intraprocedural physiologic assessment for the entire coronary tree. The system is backed by robust evidence including the recently published ALL-RISE trial which demonstrated that CathWorks FFRangio is non-inferior to wire-based physiology for MACE at one year with statistically significant improvement in resource utilization and reduced procedure time. Your team and this role will play a major part in making the way physicians assess and treat their patients more informed less invasive and more efficient!

This role will require 30% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$215200.00 - $322800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
