Global Maintenance and Improvements Leader

Job Summary
- Lead the execution of all proactive work across the turbine fleet including planned maintenance fleet programs and RCA corrective actions.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time with strong attention to quality compliance and field execution standards.
- Partner with Engineering to define maintain and continuously improve best-in-class maintenance practices.
- Work to maximize fleet availability through effective maintenance planning quality oversight and process improvement.
- Collaborate with the Services Product Line team to develop and deploy fleet improvement strategies.
- Support rollout of work bundling initiatives to reduce turbine climbs and improve maintenance efficiency.
- Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Identify execution gaps process issues and improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional resolution efforts.
- Support standardization of maintenance processes across the fleet.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality reliability and productivity.
- Build strong working relationships across Services Engineering Operations and Product Line teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in engineering business operations or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience operations project management quality or systems engineering.
- Ability and willingness to travel globally 25%.
