The Senior Intelligence Team Leadis responsible forthe day-to-day management of the contract including staffing financial oversight and technical and programmatic reporting. This role oversees both employees and subcontractors and requiresproficiencyin managing LOE completion and costreimbursable contract types. The Team Lead provides technical and administrative direction ensureshigh-qualityperformance and mentors team members.
The Team Lead will collaborate closely with the COTR and senior customer stakeholders tomaintaintechnical cost and schedule baselines develop deliverables define requirements and set expectations.
Additionalresponsibilitiesmayinclude:
Ensuring successful technical schedule and cost performance in accordance with contract requirements and company policies
Developing staffing plans including skill mix and labor allocation
Recruiting interviewing and hiring personnel as needed
Assigning work providing technical guidance and reviewing deliverables
Monitoring contracts sub-contracts and funding; preparing financial forecasts
Preparing required reports at contract project and financial levels
Coordinating onboarding activities including security processing and administrative setup

Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
16 years of experience in Intelligence Analysis
Minimum 10 years of all-source intelligence experience including Indo-Pacific regional security foreign military capabilities and order-of-battle analysis. Supervisory or senior analytic leadership experiencepreferred
3 years experience leading and or supervising teams of intelligence analysts including assigning workloads reviewing finished intelligence products for analytic rigor and providing mentorship and performance evaluations
Proven experience assessing foreign military capability including force structure readiness modernization and infrastructure acrossIndo-Pacificthreat actors (e.g. PRC DPRK Russia Far East)
Demonstratedexpertiseworking withhard-targetdata and methodologies supporting military capability assessments net assessments and defense intelligence requirements
Experience leadingcross-functionalanalytic teams (e.g. operations research data science visualization) to deliver integrated intelligence products
Expert knowledge of foreign military force managementequipmentand infrastructure data order-of-battle systemslogistics and defense acquisition programs
Working understanding of the DoD Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process and the ability to align intelligence analysis to resource planning and CCMD requirements
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and Large Language Model (LLM) tools used in military capability assessment and analytic production
Deep understanding of ICD 203/206 analytic standards anddemonstratedability to enforce analytic tradecraft
Strong written and oral communication skills with experience briefing senior government stakeholders (e.g. CCMD J2OSD Intelligence Community leadership)
Demonstrated experience supervising and mentoring analysts managing production requirements and providing performance feedback infast-pacedenvironments
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across all levels of government including senior executives
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Intelligence Studies International Relations Political Science Data Science)

Target Salary Range
$176000 - $282000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
