Global Events Marketing Manager

smartdept. is searching for a Global Events Manager for a healthcare technology client located in Broomfield CO. The ideal candidate will come with 5 years of experience. This is an ongoing contract opportunity.

This role supports the planning and execution of global events across trade shows conferences and corporate initiatives within a healthcare technology environment.

What Youll Do:

• Plan manage and execute global events including trade shows conferences and corporate meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event budgets timelines and logistics across multiple regions
• Oversee on-site event management and post-event reporting
• Support brand presence and messaging consistency across all events

What Youll Need:

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Events Management Communications or related field required
• 5 years of experience managing global or international events
• Experience with healthcare technology or B2B environments a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with trade show and exhibit management
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
