The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as the Global Business Line Strategy Director - part of the Ford Land team. This dynamic individual is responsible for cultivating and managing the strategic relationship between Ford Land and key business line stakeholders within Ford Motor Company. As such this individual will integrate the Ford Motor Company business strategy with Ford Lands global operational platform (including planning design project management real estate and finance).

The Global Business Line Strategy Director is at the intersection of Ford Motor Companys most important initiatives and will deliver with support from a collaborative team providing global consistency spending optimization and employee care and experience.

The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a proven blend of problem-solving capabilities an ability to prioritize initiatives using business judgement and possesses technical knowledge of broad and detailed functional processes. Excellent communication skills change management experience and a high level of EQ are imperative to collaborating with multiple stakeholders across varied teams.
