Glass Division Manager

We are seeking a driven organized and client-focused Glass Division Manager to oversee operations develop our team and drive profitable growth within our commercial and residential glass business.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams improving processes delivering exceptional client experiences and growing a division as if it were their own business.

Department Leadership & Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Glass Division
• Lead and support estimators project managers installers and technicians
• Maintain accountability for safety quality productivity and profitability
• Oversee project scheduling staffing budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget
• Improve division efficiency through systems processes and technology

Business Growth & Team Development

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share
• Identify opportunities for new customers and expanded services
• Build relationships with contractors builders property managers and commercial clients
• Support business development efforts and key client relationships
• Coach mentor and develop team members to improve performance and profitability

Client Experience

• Ensure every client receives exceptional service from estimate to completion
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain a reputation for quality workmanship and reliability

Qualifications

• Experience in the glass glazing construction or related trades industry
• Leadership experience managing teams and projects
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with estimating project management or operations management preferred
• Ability to analyze financial performance and departmental KPls
• Proven ability to lead growth and improve operational performance
• Valid drivers license required
• Background check and drug screening required
