2nd Shift

Pay Rate-$22.00

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 1 year work experience in warehouse environment managing hazardous and non-hazardous inventory through electronic systems preferred.

Current drivers license required to operate company vehicles.

Ability to be fit tested trained in use of respirator.

SAP managed inventory experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Excellent attendance flexibility enthusiasm and a positive approach to work performance

Previous fork lift operation & certification

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Basic math and writing skills

Strong communication skills

Computerized warehouse management system experience preferred

Familiar with basic warehousing procedures

Basic understanding of work prioritization

Basic PC skills including competency in MS Office products

Basic knowledge of hazardous material identification

BASIC FUNCTION

Under general supervision executes the proper Staging Handling Labeling Transportation and Storage of all goods within and related to the Givaudan Samples facility. Executes basic inventory management principles with guidance from leadership. Transfer of materials using a forklift following all safety protocols.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Executes the following per written procedure:

Discards - removes obsolete materials from inventory while following guidelines associated with hazardous waste handling.

Cycle counting - as assigned by scanning items and working with the department Lead to resolve inaccuracies.

Pick for Trial Order production - stages raw materials for production and returns used inventory to warehouse.

Maintains Obsolescence budget by completing accurate inventory records (weights proper storage and correct status).

Maintains a clean organized work area by meeting or exceeding General Housekeeping and Master Sanitation requirements.

Contributes to the overall safety of the department by following all safety guidelines.

Responsible for inventory accuracy reports all errors timely.
