Position Description TheGirls First (G1) Program Manager is responsible for designing implementing and overseeing a dedicated girls-only youth sports program and leagues at the Sanneh Foundation. Leading thegirls soccer program will take approximately 50% of your time . Other G1 programmatic priorities include G1 basketball volleyball and flag football. This role ensures that historically excluded girls have opportunities to thrive in sports develop leadership skills and become empowered through athletic participation. There is an annual plan and programmatic roadmap to support program implementation which include sports programming leadership workshops and field trips. This role supervises two G1 Americorps members. This role is also a member of a collaborative leadership structure at the Conway Community Center expected to provide holistic programming and operational support to the community center- which is a place of belonging and connection for the surrounding community. Because this role supports OST programming the working hours are shift-based and usually are from 12 noon-8PM or 2PM- 10PM and will include weekends. During the summer hours may vary due to summer day camp scheduling. Role and Responsibilities
