Position Title: Position Title: Giga Campus Construction Lead
Your role
The Giga Campus Construction Lead is responsible for planning coordinating and directing construction delivery for assigned campus projects. This role serves as a key liaison across internal teams and external partnersincluding design managers contractors consultants vendors and customersto ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule and within budget.
What youll do
- Oversee large-scale construction efforts including site development ground-up builds data center deployments and customer fit-outs.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors key subcontractors equipment vendors and consultants.
- Review project budgets schedules and construction documents to ensure quality and alignment with internal targets.
- Serve as a construction subject matter expert when evaluating prospective customer leases and active projects.
- Lead budget and schedule review meetings with internal stakeholders and customer representatives reporting on risks and progress.
- Direct and coordinate internal design and construction managers as well as third-party consultants and engineering partners.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules across multiple buildings in varying phases of design and construction.
- Monitor active construction work escalating issues and driving resolution as needed.
- Conduct or delegate site observations to confirm adherence to budget schedule and quality expectations.
- Support permitting and entitlement processes through coordination with consultants and government agencies.
What youll need
- 5 years of experience in mission-critical construction or a comparable MEP-focused environment (e.g. biopharma or life sciences); data center experience preferred.
- Experience working for a general contractor subcontractor or equipment vendor preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling project budgeting and cost control practices.
- Technical understanding of MEP systems and data center operations.
- LEED AP credential preferred.
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering architecture or related field preferred.

Our Compensation Philosophy
Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package excellent benefits and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Central to our compensation philosophy is rewarding our employees for achieving the values and objectives aligned to the companys overall goals and values.
Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role level and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and relevant education and/or training. Moreover an employees total compensation package varies by role and may include salary cash bonus or commissions and equity awards not quantified below.
Compensation range $190000 $210000. This compensation range represents the Companys good faith belief as to what it will pay as abase salaryfor this position at the time of this posting.

Responsibilities
The role oversees all phases of data Center construction from initial planning through to project completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This role manages budgets schedules and resources proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum. The role leads multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration and clear communication among internal and external stakeholders. They are responsible for upholding safety and quality standards acting as a thought leader in safety and governance. The role also drives the adoption of digital tools for reporting and performance tracking supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements. Additionally the Construction role ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of innovation and best practice adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)- Proven experience as a construction/project manager or director preferably in data Center projects- 10-15 Years of relevant industry experience- Deep knowledge of construction processes methodologies and industry best practices- Proficiency in project management software/tools- Familiarity with data Center design infrastructure and MEP systems- Strong understanding of relevant building codes regulations and standards- Fluent in English (oral and written); additional regional language preferred
